Privacy Policy

InnerNet Oracles is offered by Natalia Love Angelou through Sacred Breakthroughs™ in Ontario, Canada. Here is how we care for your information.
We do not sell your personal information, use your journal entries for advertising, or use your writing to train AI.
Your journal and saved cards
Saved reflections, readings and affirmations sync to your signed-in account when online. We store your writing, selected prompts and cards, and related dates to make this possible. A copy also stays in your browser. Unfinished drafts, listening positions and first-week progress stay on your device.
Existing account-linked entries sync when you reconnect. Unlinked local entries are imported only when you choose. Offline changes sync later; conflicting edits may be kept as separate copies. Game answers last only for the current page session unless you download them.
Account controls restrict access to saved writing, but authorised service operations may process it for support and maintenance. It is not end-to-end encrypted. Anyone using your browser profile may be able to read local copies.
Your account and payments
We use your email, account ID, verification status and basic profile details to sign you in and manage membership. Google sign-in does not give us access to your Gmail, Drive, Calendar or Contacts.
Our payment service handles card details securely. We receive membership status, billing identifiers, access dates and trial history, not your full card number. We keep a protected record to prevent repeat introductory trials. Account emails include verification, password recovery and service or billing updates. Signing up does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing.
Optional reminders
With your browser’s permission, we store your device’s notification subscription, schedule, time zone and message choices. Pause reminders or disconnect your device in My Daily Ritual. Delivery records are kept for up to 30 days.
Notifications can appear on your lock screen and may show a public card message or affirmation. They never include private journal entries.
How the app runs
Trusted providers help with hosting, sign-in, storage, payments, email and website resources. They receive information needed for those services, which can include IP addresses, browser details and request logs. Information may be processed outside Canada under local laws. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure.
Cookies and browser storage keep you signed in, remember preferences and cache public files. Installation does not guarantee offline access. The app has no advertising trackers. External links and embedded players have their own privacy practices. We may disclose information when required by law or needed to protect the service or others.
Your choices
You can use a notebook instead of typing, download a backup, and delete saved entries where available. Deletions sync when online. Clearing browser data removes local copies, not account copies; downloaded files must be deleted separately.
Saved writing stays until you delete it or request account deletion. Recovery copies may remain until routine backups expire. Account and billing records are kept only as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, handle disputes and prevent trial abuse. We cannot remotely erase browser-only copies.
To request access, corrections, account deletion, or to raise a privacy concern, contact Natalia at [email protected]. Cancel your subscription through Manage subscription before requesting account deletion; deleting an account or app icon does not cancel billing.
Age and updates
The app is for adults aged 18 and over. We update this page when our practices change and request consent for new uses where required.
